Ronak Gandhi is a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse who provides psychotherapy and counselling within nursing scope, professional standards, and his individual knowledge, skill, and judgment. His approach draws on nursing, healthcare leadership, psychotherapy education, and evidence-informed skills, including principles from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Ronak has worked in healthcare leadership for more than 10 years, supporting interprofessional teams in highly acute and sensitive care environments. This experience informs a practical, respectful approach to stress, adversity, communication, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Sparkwell was created to provide adults with a supportive space for emotional clarity, coping skills, self-confidence, grief and emotional support after loss, and meaningful movement forward.
